Answer:Thanks for the question, Dave. We are sorry, but the battery is not replaceable on the WH1000XM5 headphones.

Question:While on a call, is is possible to mute the microphone on the headset?
Answer:Unfortunately you cannot mute the microphone on the headphones, you can only mute the mic using the mute button on your phone.

Question:Do these headphones have Bluetooth capability
Answer:Yes, the WH-1000XM5 supports Bluetooth version 5.2.

Question:Can you use the noise cancelling function without a connection to a device?
Answer:Yes, the noise canceling function is turned on automatically when you turn on the headset. You can press the NC/AMB button to change the settings of the noise canceling function.

Question:Are they wireless with Bluetooth? Also I know they’re noise cancelling but do they also play regular music?
